How Suno Checker analyzes AI music signals

Suno Checker analyzes short audio samples for AI-generation signals; it does not verify authorship or identify a generator version.Check your music

What happens to an uploaded file

Your browser decodes the original file locally. For audio between 15 and 30 seconds, the sample covers the full duration. Longer tracks contribute three ten-second windows distributed across the recording. The server receives at most 30 seconds of mono audio, not the original file.

The detection service processes those samples in memory and returns the result. Suno Checker stores neither uploaded music nor detection results. A CSV export is created in your browser; the file remains wherever you choose to save it.

What the result fields mean

The combined AI signal is the detection ensemble’s score on a 0–100 scale. Acoustic fingerprint and AI detection signals 1 and 2 show separate outputs used by the detector. They are not vocal, instrumental, ownership or copyright scores.

Flagged sample windows is the mean share of sampled windows flagged by the two neural detectors. It is not the percentage of the whole song created by AI. A low combined score does not certify human authorship, and a high score does not prove a particular generator was used.

What has not been established

We have not published an independently validated accuracy benchmark for this service. We do not claim a false-positive rate, genre-specific accuracy or verified coverage of each Suno or Udio version. Operational tests that check requests and responses do not establish detection accuracy.

Research distinguishes test-set performance from robustness to edited audio and unseen generators. See the cited research for that broader limitation. Compare an uncertain result with production records and the creator’s explanation.

Operating limits and privacy

There is no track-count paywall. File limits, request-rate controls and a concurrent processing guard protect availability. A busy response can require a later retry.

The optional fromband launch waitlist is separate from detection. It stores only the email and consent information described in our privacy policy, and is not required to use the tool.

Questions and answers

Does Suno Checker analyze the entire track?Tracks of 15–30 seconds are sampled in full. Longer tracks contribute three ten-second windows, for up to 30 seconds in total.
Does a score of 80 mean an 80% verified probability? No. It is a model score, not a calibrated or independently verified probability.
Can I retrieve an old report? No. Results are not stored. Download a CSV before clearing the page if you want your own copy.
