Terms of service
These terms govern the free Suno Checker music detection service operated by fromband.
1. The service
Suno Checker examines audio for signals associated with AI-generated music. Results are estimates, may be incorrect and do not establish authorship, copyright ownership, infringement or the specific tool used to create a recording. Review the production context before relying on a result.
The service is independent of Suno and other music-generation providers. Their names identify the subject of detection and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
2. Your audio and permitted use
Only submit audio you own or have permission to analyze. You retain your rights in your audio. You permit us to process the audio samples solely to provide the requested analysis; submitting a file does not transfer ownership.
Uploaded music and analysis results are not stored by Suno Checker. Results are available in the current browser session. You may download CSV results for their own records. We do not use submitted audio to train models.
Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, abuse other users, submit unlawful content or resell access without authorization.
3. Free service and operation
Analyze without an account, payment or track quota. Advertising supports the service.
Select several files and submit them to analyze one at a time. Analysis is free with no track quota, and you can download results as CSV.
There is no daily or monthly track quota. File size, duration and format limits, as well as operational concurrency and request-rate limits, apply.
4. Payments and advertising
We do not currently sell subscriptions or paid plans and do not charge for using the service. Advertising supports the service. All features, including CSV downloads, are free.
5. Launch reservations and availability
Your email is used only for the launch announcement and deleted when you withdraw consent or that purpose is fulfilled. To withdraw, contact hi@fromband.com.
The optional fromband waitlist is separate from music analysis. Joining is not required to use the detector. Consented emails are used for the launch announcement.
Security, maintenance or technical issues may temporarily interrupt the service. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Rights, changes and contact
The service interface and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Your audio rights remain yours.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date appears on this page. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
